A Chakra is a spinning vortex of life force energy within the subtle body. It is a hidden field of life force energy, emotions, beliefs, and imprints unique to your individual life force. Like a flower, your Chakras open and close. Positioned along the spine, each Chakra is connected to seven nerve ganglia branching out from the spinal column. The Sanskrit word “Chakra” translates to “wheel” or “disk.” Functioning Chakras are spinning wheels of life force energy. This energy is also known as chi, prana, or life force energy. We can liken the Chakras to the driving force inside a computer or a crucial part of the software that helps maintain your body’s health. Each person’s needs and health care issues are different, and the same holds true for the Chakra system in determining which Chakras require balance. By opening your Chakras and identifying any blockages, you can align your soul’s imprint with your life purpose.
